职位一HR Administrator人力资源行政Job Description:1. Follow IKEA Retail China Administrative routine to ensure HR Admin work is complying with all relevant local laws and regulations.
2. Be responsible for all Administrative work to support co-worker’s on board, timekeeping, payroll computation and end employment.
3. Labour contract management & Co-worker P-file management4. Maintain HRMS system and secure all co-workers basic information in system are correct and fresh.
5. Initiate Store HR KPI report, analysis the reason behind, give relevant inputs to HR function and store management group.
6. Weekly time card approval in TK system, follow up sickness leave and annual leave in TK system.7. Cooperate with BSC, to ensure the accuracy of the monthly salary calculation basic figures to each individual co-worker for any changes or adjustments
8. Ensure BU social benefits reporting figures both of the co-workers and company contribution are accurate timely report social benefits data with external service vendor for local HR Bureau.
9. To support BU HR manager for annual salary review and ONE IKEA Bonus communication process.10. To support BU HR manager for annual staff cost budgeting process and tracking.

2. Provide New Co-worker and Time Keeping system training3. Make annual uniform consumption and cost forecast, and ensure the uniform supplying.
4. Secure co-worker areas reflect life at home spirit and monitoring the facilities.5. Act as the backup for HR Administrative work- KRONOS check , social benefits data with local HR Bureau,
6. Support HR team for store recruitment activities7. Support HR team for store learning & development activities.
